SoulBody Fitness creates programs that are mindful in movement and results-driven with options for everyone.
SoulBody Barre and Unhitched barre classes will shape, tone and strengthen muscles while keeping the heart rate elevated.
SoulBody ZenBurn is a yoga sculpt class (vinyasa flows, sculpting work and cardio tracks).

All classes will begin with a warm up and end with a recovery, keeping a mind body connection from start to finish.
