We start with Vinyasa Flow Sun Salutations and more yoga in the first 10 minutes, then come down to the mat for some Pilates core work, then finish with Yin Yoga stretches for the last 10 minutes. If you just did an intense cardio workout, this is the after party. Mind Body May Mashup will help you stretch, move and feel good.
