Target your deep core muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility in our pilates workouts. Each pilates class will guide you through a series of exercises which will strengthen your body and core. Select our short series modules to build your own class!

  • Pilates and Props with Morgan (LIVE Wednesday 10/14 @ 10am EST)

    Ready for some props to go with your pilates mat practice? Grab what you got and head on down to your mat.

  • Pilates Mat and a Towel with Morgan (LIVE Wednesday 10/21 @ 10AM EST)

    On your mat, get your towel, GO! Join Morgan for a teaser, plank and abs challenge. It's a full hour, so there's some stretching at the end too, you're welcome very much!
